Service Technician  

The Service Technician is mainly responsible for performing assigned Job Orders / Work Orders effectively in a timely manner. He must be able to assess his findings, explain in detail, and resolve by giving proper recommendations to customer concerns. Will be required to take proper documentation (paperwork and pictures) of individual customer cases and report back to the head office for reporting and recording of information. Monitor each customer concern and update them accordingly with regard to their concerns if any further action is required to resolve the case.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pursues assigned job order/work orders in a timely and effective manner
• Assesses customer concerns and analyzes proper course of action
• Conducts installation and repair of appliances on site
• Conducts testing and commissioning to ensure that the appliance is ready for use
• Recommends the best course of action for customer concerns
• Organizes proper documentation (paperwork and pictures) per customer record
• Identifies solutions and suggests improvements to current workflow and techniques
• Gives recommendation based on findings aligned with troubleshooting guides
• Adheres to the company's rules and policies

• At least a Vocational Diploma / Certificate from a TESDA Accredited Course / or a College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a service technician in any related field.
• Basic background on the usage of hand tools.
• Experience specializing in heating or refrigeration products.
• Preferably, has or knows how to ride a motorcycle as a means of transportation.
