- Prepares market plans and strategies to promote company’s products.
- To establish potential markets, competitors, demographics to identify and secure business development opportunities.
- Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management.
- Conduct competitive demographic analysis and market research to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
- Inform Account Managers on identified business opportunities.
- Develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails while establishing and maintaining a customer relations management database.
- Assist purchasing team in quotations activities like price and delivery negotiations with customers.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must have experience in commercial real estate and leasing
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
