Provide leadership, supervision of the Region’s sales force through field visits, coaching employee for an effective implementation of Trade Marketing Activities and achieving sales targets.

Formulate strategies that will build Region's sales operation and its efficiencies

Monitors effective implementation of all Trade Marketing Activities

Provide sales management timely feedback on various business developments and competitors activities

Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any equivalent course
- Must have at least 5 years of sales and account management experience handling key accounts gained from the FMCG/ consumer goods industry
- Must have strong background in managing trade marketing activities, sales forecasting, budget planning, and distribution managemen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Willing to travel and be assigned to work in Makati;
