Creatives Intern  

Video Production

• Transport, sets up, and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production
• Operate and maintain proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment
• lllustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
• Support the team throughout the production process, which may include contacting interview subjects and creating graphics

Graphics Design

• Conceptualize and create collateral designs for marketing & branding purposes
• Develop education infographics for web and presentation purposes
• Lead design efforts for school campaigns and other advocacy initiatives
• Coordinate with project teams on design requirements with client schools and organizational partners

Content Production

• Research relevant topics to feature in blogs and other marketing channels
• Write blog articles for the website and its blog site
• Produce high-quality copy for newsletters and social media posts.
• Write press releases
• Help write copy for different marketing collaterals online and offline
• Edit and proofread content once written

Preferred experience & education:

• At least in senior high school
• Willing to render at least 100 hours of work over a course of 1 month
  • Work-from-home can be negotiated

Preferred competencies:

• Understands basic use of photo and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop
• Knows video production and shooting techniques like rule of third, bird’s eye view angle, etc.
• Has attention to detail and deadline-oriented creativity
• Aware of current graphic designing trends such as typography, animation, font families
• Has an exceptional ability to multitask
• Has the ability to work strategically
• Independent and innovative self-starter
