- Develop deep knowledge of Edukasyon’s products and services
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Respond to a large volume of inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing satisfactory answers
- Resolve a variety of simple to complex customer problems
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Escalate critical issues to management and provide information as necessary
- Compose thoughtful canned responses to frequently asked questions
- Conduct user surveys to generate market insights
- Gather information from online and offline sources to update school profiles
- Compile weekly and monthly summary reports
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any 2- to 4-Year Degree
- Basic knowledge of customer service software
- At least two (2) years of experience in customer service
- Develop deep knowledge of Edukasyon’s products and services
