● Responsible for managing the roadmap and implementation of the vision for one or more products
● Leads the implementation of SAFe processes (Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning, Sprint
Planning)
● Involved in setting the product strategy and planning the roadmap
● Perform research, wireframing, and product documentation
● Collaborate on roadmap plans and strategies on a product level
● Manage major project/product with minimal supervision
● Mentor and train peers or juniors

Trình độ tối thiểu

● At least 1 year working experience in Product Management role or has had
experience managing and/or launching a tech product for at least 1 year
● Previous leadership experience
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Problem-solving aptitude
● Creative thinking skills
● Familiarity with Agile framework
● Organizational and leadership abilities
● Experience with data driven decision making
● Experience working in a startup environment
● Solid technical understanding and/or experience in software development
● Background in implementing or practicing Scaled Agile Framework
