Accounting Analyst (Billing and Collection) | Spiralytics  

Responsibilities:

• Secures proper documentation and verifies billing information prior to processing transactions / charging.
• Makes sure that all transactions are billed timely and correctly.
• Contacts customers who missed payments.
  • Gets other modes on how to be paid.
• Ensure collections are properly recorded and posted to corresponding accounts.
• Records transactions and maintains book of accounts.
  • Cash Receipts
  • Sales
  • Receivables
  • General Journal
• Ensures accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications / postings to accounts and cost centers.
• Prepares monthly tax compliance such as Value Added Tax and secures copy of BIR Form 2307.
• Assists in preparation of monthly financial statements and other schedules, data for variance, and other related financial analysis.
• Assists in balance sheet ledger accounts reconciliation, preparation of account schedules, and other trend analyses.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and other related financial schedules / analysis for Spiralytics, Inc.
• Perform other duties and deliverables that may be assigned.

• Graduate of an Accounting course.
• Preferably CPA licensed (but not required).
• At least 1 year work experience in an Accounting position.
• With experience in the following:
  • General bookkeeping
  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable
  • Invoicing
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Intercompany accounts reconciliation
  • Assistance in financial statement
  • Supporting preparation of schedules
• Exposure to basic Accounting software such as Quickbooks.
• Exposure to tax and fiscal compliance liaison work and regular submission of reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
