- to manage vendors & partners successfully for discreet aspect of an event
- to manage discreet element within a project
- to actively manages a specific task at a client event
- to own daily monitoring for (at least) 6 months & produces daily activities with recommendations
- to be involved in research for 3-4 client initiatives or new business pitches
- to assist in managing over service
- to work within budget provide
- to execute online monitoring
- to understand how digital platforms work - Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Weibo, WeChat
- to manage at least 1 broadcast event, involved in daily social media monitoring client
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min. 1 year experience
- Able to write announcement press releases and questions for Q&As
- Able to write blogs & demonstrate writing ability
- Able to write contact reports/meeting minutes, & client emails regarding account management/admin (excl invoices) within Q standards
- Able to write pitch notes/media invites
- Able to structure a briefing document
- Able to conduct accurate media monitoring, (desk-top) research
