Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the HR Department as well as provide efficient and reliable support to the HR Manager in the following areas:
Compensation & Benefits
- Regular review of Compensation and Benefits program to ensure competitiveness against market
- Administer and process HR Initiated and government mandated employee benefits
- Review and development of job grades and improvements in salary structure
Employee Movement
- Process documents needed for employee movements
- Handle the recruitment process including job posting, initial interview and streamlining of candidates
- Conduct HR On-boarding orientation
Performance Management
- Manage performance review of probationary employees
- Implement, review and recommend improvements on performance management tools
Employee Relations
- Organize company activities such as Company Outing, Sportsfest, Christmas Party
- Be attuned to the needs of employee and recommend responsive directions as needed
- Address employee concerns as needed
Training and Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and recommend training programs as needed
- Maintain and regularly update Individual Training Logs and Training Records
ISO
- Prepare documents needed for ISO renewal and audit such as, but not limited to, HR Quality Objectives, Risk Management Plan, HR Analytics, among others
- Maintain database that will help facilitate audit reviews
Others
- Review, recommend and implement HR policies
- Review, update and/or improve job descriptions. Create new ones as needed
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll administration
- Manage attendance and leaves of employees using the Employee Web Portal
- Maintain, improve or develop employee database. Maintain and update 201 files
- Drive process improvement and make recommendations as necessary
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Degree in BS Psychology, Human Resources Management or HR related field
- With 3-4 years work experience in an HR Generalist role preferred
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws
- With experience in the areas of Compensation & Benefits Administration, Recruitment, Employee Relations
- Added experience in Policy Formulation, Performance Management, Training & Development, an advantage
- Experience with ISO an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Decisive, with excellent aptitude and problem-solving skills, results driven
- Keen attention to details with strong commitment to quality, high ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality
