- Achieve sales targets in terms of volume, total Php amount and profitability metrics for assigned accounts as well as identified market segment and location
- Manage existing accounts and develop their long-term satisfaction and loyalty to the company through establishing a strong relationship, positioning as a trusted advisor with extensive product knowledge
- Identify opportunities for growth based on the account's historical orders, understanding their current and future needs, analyzing market updates and engaging in solution and feedback discussions
- Set appointments, solicit referrals and attend industry networking events to be able to develop and bring in new customers with a good, long-term partnership fit
- Research and keep abreast of developments with our customers, market and industry for use in strategic sales decisions
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with opportunities updated timely with all the relevant details
- Conduct customer visits and in-person meetings to discuss products, orders, process and future strategy with relevant PoCs for new and assigned accounts
- Negotiate prices and terms in compliance with sales leadership and marketing's guidance and process
- Communicate and promote sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to achieve results set by sales leadership and marketing
- Re-engage lost customers and regain business where possible
- Provide end to end customer service and overall account management to all assigned and new accounts
- Ensure timely collection of payments working with the account and Credit and Collection departments - for due credit review and applications, support in establishing and implementing terms and providing action plan and recommendations for collection
- Provide support and report to the sales leadership team
- Manage ad hoc tasks and projects
- Embody and uphold core values such as Quality, Reliability and Integrity
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College graduate (with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, Communication, etc.)
- At least 2 years’ sales and/or customer-facing experience demonstrating business acumen, analytical mind and capability to build relationships
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written, fluency in English and Filipino)
- Confidence and great presentation skills for face-to-face engagements
- Proven negotiation skills achieving win-win outcomes
- Ability to work with both customers and internal teams with humility, flexibility and a results-driven attitude
- Time management - able to schedule customer meetings, tasks and deliverables efficiently
- Transpo allowance / fleet card will be provided; an advantage if currently a licensed driver
