Credit and Collections Associate  

Responsibilities & Duties

• Receives payments and posts amounts to customer accounts
• Prepares daily bank transaction
• Resolves discrepancies and short payments while still providing good customer service
• Reviews and processes customer refunds and adjustments.
• Notifies delinquent accounts by telephone or through Dunning and Demand Letters
• Verifies compliance of transactions to financial policies and procedures
• Conducts Credit Investigations
• Updates and maintains Collection Database
• Handles ad hoc tasks/projects
• Continuously improves processes

• You are a fresh graduate or have a few years of work experience.
• You have strong math skills and a solid understanding of finances.
• You are assertive, confident, creative, resourceful, and a strong negotiator.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point.
• You have excellent communication skills and a good sense of organization.
• You are structured, detail- oriented, diligent, reliable, and results- oriented.
• You are highly motivated, self-driven and disciplined
