The Admin Associate is responsible for ensuring office cleanliness, safety and security. The Admin Associate is also responsible for timely requests for payment for utilities, office supplies, pantry supplies and other office equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver documents and/or packages on time
- Ensure that confidential documents and/or fragile packages are handled with care
- Go to banks for cash deposits and related transactions
- May be asked to assist in clerical work such as scanning documents
- May also be asked to help maintain cleanliness in the office
Assist in office general cleaning bi-monthly
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College graduate of any course
- At least 2 years work experience in Admin
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knows how to drive motorcycle
