Native Android Mobile Developer  

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and build native applications for the Android platform
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for developing mobile apps
• Work closely with colleagues to define, design, and ship new features
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

What will put you ahead:

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Experience with continuous integration.
• Experience in Android development, React Native, and/or Flutter development

What you'll need:

• Proficiency in Java
• Ability to use the Android Studio, including the Android SDK, with ease
• Prior experience as an Android Developer
• Excellent coding and code review skills
• Experience with Android SDK and multiple versions of Android.
• Experience with Android framework, as well as offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
