Perform basic PMS on machineries and equipment using the standard DDPMC PM checklist as guidelines
Perform basic house repairs on building common equipment with prior consultation with DDPMC Technical Head and maintain a history of repairs and replacement
Prepare a Building Equipment Profile complete with nameplate data, nameplate picture, photo of equipment, using the standard format (BEPF)

Trình độ tối thiểu

Graduate of BS Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
 Professional License is required.
 Relevant work experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity.
