Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and informational reports; statements and supporting analyses are issued by the 10th of each month.
  • Project and analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
  • Oversee the approval and processing of expenses and subsequent rolling forecasts, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
  • Enforce departmental budgets, share deviations to managers and Owner in monthly reports. Manage approval of new budgetary requests with approval from Owner.
  • Develop, document and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures as needed.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards for cash, inventory and fixed assets.
  • Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets.
  • Evaluate and negotiate line of credit/borrowing requirements as needed.
  • Administer company’s commercial insurance policies and coordinate renewal process.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements; function as liaison with company’s tax accountants for tax return preparation.
  • Review and approve all process of account payable.
  • Provide financial information for bank / investors as needed.
  • Oversee Bank reconciliation.
  • Monthly report to investor and coordinate investor needs.
  • Prepare PFS as needed.
  • Prepare bank requisition for development project as needed.
  • Discuss with investor on monthly basis performance of the entity.
  • Interact with other management companies to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
  • Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
  • Ensure sales commission statements are prepared in an accurate and timely basis.
  • Assist in obtaining the necessary licenses and insurance required for business.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range Finance departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Serve on planning and policy-making committees as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Five (5) years of experience in senior-level finance or accounting position.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Ability to prepare and run a year-end review or audit as required by lenders with minimal financial adjustments.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
  • Commercial real estate or property management experience is an advantage.
  • Experience providing offshore support is an advantage.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings; prepare agendas, document action items and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook, familiarity with YARDI AND PRO-CORE is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on an 8-hour night shift (starts at 7:00 or 8:00 PM, PHT) and willing to work flexible hours, when necessary.
  • If circumstances require a work from home arrangement – must have a laptop or desktop and stable internet connection.
