FULL TIME PROPERTY CONSULTANT AT DMCI HOMES
- Promote, market and sell DMCI Homes through advertisements, site mannings, open houses and various sales and marketing activities.
- Build trust and sustainable relationship and after sales with client.
- Provide investment strategies and insights to client.

- Monthly allowance of P12,000 to P25,000/month (Guaranteed for 2months)
- 3% Commission rate
- Average commission of P150,000 to P270,000/ sale
- Advance commission of P4,500/unit & 2,500/parking sold (on top of allowance)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College Graduate; preferrably w Sales experience
- Full time, Metro Manila based (Part-time not accepted)
- Knowledgeable in Online Marketing & Social Media Platforms
- Highly motivated, Target driven & Business-oriented
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Equiped w own Laptop & must be willing to invest in Advertisements
