Remote Work:
This position is Work From Home until a time at which it is safe for everyone to return to an in-office working model. We’re looking to speak to candidates who plan to be in Metro Manila long-term.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The Project Manager is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities:
Business Development
- Support the team in its Business Development initiatives
- Achieve sales targets by securing contract renewals or new business opportunities from existing clients
- Implement lead generation tactics
- Respond to, and engage with, any sales inquiries or requests for information
- Work with different teams to develop client pitches (prepare SOWs, presentations, and quotations)
- Negotiate scope of work and pricing
- Build relationships with current and potential clients to expand business opportunities
- Continuously seek opportunities to expand existing client busines
Client and Project Management
- Act as day-to-day client contact and primary liaison between the client and implementing team
- Oversee the overall production of project deliverables, working, and leading team members as necessary, and ensuring delivery quality and timeliness
- Inform internal team members of possible issues as they arise, and manage the outcomes of these
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Oversee the implementation of the project timeliness and set meetings or progress sessions as stated in the contract
- Act as the client’s “brand champion” and police any possible deviations to strategy, persona, or playbook
- Creates the internal briefs needed by stakeholders to be able to produce the deliverables of the project.
- Ensure that the products submitted to client are aligned with overall strategy and direction
- Manage digital marketing campaigns
- Enhance brand awareness in the digital space
Coordination
- Participate in ideation sessions with Creatives
- Act as a general liaison between the company and the freelancers/suppliers/subcontractors
Continuous Learning and Other Areas
- Display an innovative attitude when accomplishing tasks and approaching goals
- Develop a close working relationship with the other team members
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability in the workplace
- Maintain a sense of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality in the conduct of responsibilities
- Proactively find ways to improve the efficiency of the team
- Commit to continuous learning and development
- Stay abreast of trends in esports, project management, communications, digital marketing, social media and related fields.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 2-3 years of project management experience, agency experience is preferred but not required
- Has a good understanding of Sports, Gaming and Entertainment and its trends (E-sports and productions)
- Detail-oriented and effective communicator
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Has a strong ability to organize information in a clear and concise manner for varying audiences
