Through persuasive and customer-focused conversations, my aim to generate sales, meet targets, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the trade team.
1. Outbound Calls:
• Initiate calls to potential customers.
2. Product Knowledge:
• Understand and communicate product features.
3. Sales Targets:
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
4. Upselling:
• Identify opportunities for upselling.
5. Documentation:
• Record customer interactions accurately.
6. Feedback Collection:
• Gather customer feedback.
7. Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated on products and industry trends.
8. Sales Reporting:
• Provide regular sales reports.
