- Conduct standardized test during the drilling process and water-based mud system daily.
- Analyze and interpret data of the daily test conducted and provide technical solutions and recommendations on the drill site.
- Regularly test, troubleshoot and treat drilling fluid according to the standard parameter.
- Complies with health, safety and environment regulations in all aspects of job performance.
- Assist in solving well problems and recommend solutions.
- Conduct research experiments to improve operations and overall safety of the drilling process.
- Monitor drilling process and activities and plans and recommend processes to improve production.
- Maintain drilling fluid properties for drilling program and make quick decisions in the event those properties change while drilling into new formations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Mud Engineering or Chemical Engineering Course
- With at least 2-years related experience in the field
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to solve the problem in a careful and defined approach
- Ability to lead and work as part of the team
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Về Diamond Drilling Corporation of the Philippines
Diamond Drilling Corporation of the Philippines (DDCP) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company. Established in 1971, DDCP is a pioneer provider of mineral exploration drilling services in the country.
DDCP primary handles surface and underground drilling requirements of its mother company, LCMC in Benguet, and its sister company, Manila Mining Corporation in Surigao del Norte.
The company has also provided exploration and drilling services in various projects for other companies such as Far Southeast Gold Resources and MRL Gold Philippines.
Specialized drilling services has also been
provided to the geothermal energy sector with the completion of three geothermal slim holes for the
Department of Energy and Basic Energy Corporation.
Several completed contracts for mining, water
well, geotechnical and geothermal drilling with approximately one million meters drilled over a span of
47 years is proof of the company’s success and resiliency.
DDCP intends to expand its operations this year to meet the drilling and exploration requirements of other
industries.
