- Lead and manage a team of engineers
- Plan, organize, create and delegate tasks to engineering team
- Perform code review and evaluate the work of the team
- Make sure the team achieves sprint's goals by picking up on things that slow us down, finding ways to address them, and encouraging the team to commit to it.
- Hands-on develop or fix issues to deliver on time and with highest quality
- Coach and guide the development of the team
- Actively work with other department leads and facilitate the information flow
- Involve in the full development lifecycle in designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, monitoring, and improving our product and project
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in leading and managing a team of software engineers
- Proficient and fluent understand of specific language as Python and SQL may be required (Java or other languages are optional)
- Familiar with agile development environment
- Have good code writing habits, pay attention to code specifications, and possess good documentation skill
- Organized and methodical; strong prioritization
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization in Bahasa and English
