- Coordinate with the other members of the HR team in doing Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Engagement and Training
- Report to the CHRO in all-HR related functions
- Conduct yard visits nationwide
- Conducts end to end recruitment process

- A graduate of Psychology or any related course
- With at least 3 years experience in Recruitment
- Willing to be assigned anywhere and willing to trave
- With good presentation and communication skills
- Computer literate
