Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Accountable for overall Dekoruma Experience Centers marketing strategy and execution.
- Generates traffic to Dekoruma Experience Centers via activations, offline and online activities to increase Experience Centers sales productivity.
- Manage marketing budget, vouchers allocations and work closely with offline retail team to strategically allocate resources to achieve sales target,
- Spearhead the new city marketing campaign alongside branding and commercial team.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A minimum of 4 years experience in offline marketing activities, preferably from stores/offline based consumer brands industry.
- Strong network from media, KOL, artist, communities, etc and proven experiences in leveraging network to generate viral campaigns.
- Mobility and willing to travel short term to assist business expansion team.
- People person, hands-on and strong project management track record.
- Proven experience in scaling offline retail stores across Indonesia.
- Strong communication and bias for action.
- At least Bachelor Degree from reputable University.
