Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Menyiapkan dan melakukan pengecekan gambar kerja. Architectural dan MEP.
- Mampu menemukan kekeliruan/ketidaksesuaian pada gambar kerja untuk dilakukan perbaikan bersama tim Desain sebelum gambar di release ke vendor/subkon.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Business Development terkait incoming potential projects.
- Mempersiapkan Material approval beserta sample yg akan dibawa ke Client.
- Memastikan kualitas proyek konstruksi sesuai dengan standar/spesifikasi dari client.
- Memastikan proyek konstruksi berjalan sesuai rencana dan timeline yang telah ditetapkan.
- Memastikan BAST proyek sesuai dengan timeline yg telah ditetapkan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait dalam pembayaran Client terhadap pekerjaan Dekoruma.
- Melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas (QC) terhadap proses dan hasil akhir produksi custom furniture di pabrik/workshop sesuai standard kualitas yang ditetapkan.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Preferably Teknik Sipil/Architecture).
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, AutoCad 2D, Sketch Up.
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang kuat dalam proses produksi furniture.
- Bepengalaman dalam proyek konstruksi. 1 tahun sebagai Planning/site Engineer/Estimator.
- Memiliki kemampuan inspeksi visual yang baik, terutama menterjemahkan dan interpretasi gambar desain 3D dan gambar kerja.
- Detail dalam QC/QA gambar kerja dan proses produksi furniture
- Dapat bekerja dalam tim maupun individu.
- Bersedia bekerja di hari libur sesuai kebutuhan proyek.
