A Digital Marketing Specialist of Debindo-ITE is Expected to :
- Ensure digital marketing strategies are prioritized, supported and executed.
- Identify new trends in Digital Marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure our brand are at the forefront of industry developments
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI.
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve key objectives and maximize overall ROI.
- Plan, control, and monitor the digital channel of marketing activities and promotion
- Setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns across most common (Facebook, Instagram and Google) marketing channels
- Have detailed knowledge of all digital marketing channels including but not restricted to paid search, display, paid social, and the use of data in targeting and re-targeting across all channels

You Are Expected To Have :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or other advertising subjects are preferred.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics. (Digital Ads and Social Media.
- Communication skills with the ability to articulate insights clearly in both written and spoken English also Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for digital marketing and social media
- Having a good knowledge of SEO is a plus.
- Self-motivation and acts with urgency.
- A pride in flawless attention to detail in every aspect of the role.
