Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Handles all real estate related legal issues, including but not limited to land acquisition, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions,leasing,mortgage concerns and zoning.
- Provides legal advice to the organization and corporate clients, prepares resolutions and forms and participates in major legal actions.
- Familiar with the different practice areas of law live corporate housekeeping, projects, litigation, tax, etc. Has various experience in the practice that that will help in planning and accomplishment of goals.
- Will work with the project managers of the different companies within the conglomerate.
- Will report to the company's legal executive/directors.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Juris Doctor / Graduate of Bachelor of Laws
- With at least 3-4 years experience in the law practice.
- Has previous law-firm experience handling various clients, Real-estate background is a plus.
- May have worked as an in-house counsel.
