- Generate estimate from the proposed lot plan
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans & other documents for construction
- Selecting appropriate construction materials
- Providing technical advise
- Build 3d model & producing shop drawing
- Preparation progress report or accomplishment per project
Trình độ tối thiểu
Can work with minimal supervision.
Experience required
- Graduate of civil engineering or engineering background is an advantage
- Must have at least 2 years experience in operating tekla software.
- Creativity
- MS office application & design software
- Team woriking& communication skill
- Commercial awareness
