From becoming an Elite Financial Advisor >> Associate Unit Manager >> Unit Manager >> Associate Agency Manager >> Agency Manager

As an Elite Financial Advisor

• Establish and develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Do proper financial planning through analyzing personal financial situations of clients and issuing recommendations for financial solutions and programs that can help clients achieve different financial goals.
• Recommend financial solutions such as investments, insurance, assets, cash flow management, debt management etc.that is fit to the client's financial goals.

All of these are done in a very convenient iPad system developed by the company that is readily available at your fingertips.

As an Elite Manager

• Establish and develop a strong and productive team of Elite Financial Advisors
• Promote qualified individuals to become an Elite Manager of the company
• Manage the sales force and guide them to meet personal, team and company targets.

All of these is aided by the technological advancement of the company in an iPad system that helps our managers monitor and manage their team.
