Under the direct supervision of the CVM Team Leader, the CVM Analyst will act as the Expert in providing D&B prcducts and/or services information and ensure client satisfaction. Other responsibilities are as follows:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (as needed).
- Accurately resolve client concerns.
- Properly document what was communicated and agreed with the client.
- Extend assistance to Business Development Team in closing and handling accounts.
- Suggest process improvements if any.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College graduate, preferably in any Business-related course.
- Preferably with basic understanding on Finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Effective time management, active listening, and analytical thinking skills.
- Proactive in solving problems and can work with minimal supervision.
- Positive, detail oriented, and can work under pressure.
