Digital Marketing  

The Digital Marketing Specialist shall directly help in increasing the awareness for the company’s brand. This will be done mainly by creating innovative lay-outs and performing arts and designs for advertising and promotions of company's marketing activities. The personnel shall work as an overall support for the development and implementation of overall marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and implement new and innovative ways to enhance awareness for company brands and to be able to effectively promote products, events and activities.
• Establish creative ideas to promote marketing activities.
• Designing various sourcing media ads and collaterals utilized by company brands for different sourcing channels is a plus.
• Help plan and develop marketing campaigns with agreed timelines.
• Enhance, drive and monitor career site and social media page.
• Support in branding and marketing process improvement initiatives.
• Recommend branding and marketing to fill targeted role based on current market trends.
• Support the development and deployment of employer branding, sourcing and social media strategy.

• At least 2 years in College Education, or Bachelor’s degree holder of any related course preferably, Fine Arts, Advertising and Multimedia Arts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of staff and clients in a diverse environment are preferred.
• Highly creative
• Good English communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment (i.e. e-commerce, ad agencies) is preferred
