Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible to monitor assigned section to produce right quantity of quality finished products on schedule time.
- Supervise and monitors Activities in production area.
- Assign Machine operators to operation based on required manpower and machine loading
- Inspect operation workmanship if they conform with the requirements
- Ensure Availability of materials and supplies of each work shift during operations.
- Coordinates with QA department in conducting testing and sampling
- Coordinates with maintenance to ensure machines are in good working condition.
- Maintain good house-keeping in the area of responsibility.
- Request and coordinates with HRD department regarding additional manpower requirement.
- Rates department personnel in Performance evaluation.
- Attends and evaluates subcon employees in monthly evaluation meeting.
- Discusses Job Description to newly hired subordinates.
- In Charge for cost reduction program
- Performs assigned tasks from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With at least 2-3 years progressive experience in all facets of Production with direct product responsibility
- Adept with handling people
- Familiar in ISO documentation & implementation
- Willing to work in Valenzuela City.
