Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Preparation of Cash Advance
- Purchase of Training Supplies
- Production of Training Manuals
- Produce Training Kits (IDs, Photocopy Exams, Certificates)
- Help in administering exams and checking them
- Give lecture on certain Patho / Physio topics
- Preparation of Trainee snacks
- Liquidation of Cash Advance
- Close Collaboration with Training Manager
- Monitor Daily Calls of PMRs through E-Science Daily Output – Alert DSMs when PMRs’ Daily Coverage are below 16 per day.
- Expense Report Monitoring: Check TER for Calls reflected compared to E-Science generation and apply necessary deductions on the Per Diem
- Check Itinerary – Random Audit of PMR and DSM Time In location vs declared Itinerary.
- Collate generated daily, weekly and monthly calls from E-Science.
- Other task as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a 4 year course College Graduate
- Must be of Medical Background (Nursing, Med Tech, PT, OT)
- With or without a professional license.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications is a MUST
- Willing to work in extended hours if needed
- Has good communication skills
- With pleasing personality
