- Responsible for the achievement of sales target in the assigned territory
- Establish, maintain and update TCP (Territory Coverage Plan) for assigned territory
- Consistently execute daily planned calls per TCP and vigilant in spotting day-to-day opportunities; result-driven in all activities
- Ensure on-time submission of DCR, TER, MSR, IT/Routing Plan, and other reports as occasionally required
- Develop & maintain close relations with top accounts in territory such as Mercury d/s, fronting d/s and trade accounts, distributors, top retailers, wholesalers & others
- Responsible for the order and appropriate maintenance of all official in-coming & out-going documents and company properties
- Effective and efficient management of time
- Makes a Territory Plan of Action and implements the plan
- Exhibits satisfactory knowledge of all products & main competitors
- Diplays professionalism
- Reports directly to the District Sales Manager

- Candidate must be a graduate of Science or any Business related course;
- Highly skilled in oral and written communication;
- Self motivated & passionate for recognition;
- Good grasp in Pharmaceutical acumen and favorable Sales Aptitude;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Basic Planning skills;
- Ambitious, assertive and competitive with high initiative for creativity and learning
- Outgoing, persuasive and has the ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values;
- Confident and persistent;
