- Oversee the overall visa application process of each transferee and their family. Includes but not limited to work permits, residence permits, renewals & terminations of permits.
- Be the main point of contact for the transferee and 3rd party / client throughout the life cycle of a file. To remain contactable at all times via email or phone for the client and transferee during business hours.
- Manage timeline process to align with the defined operational procedures with all stakeholders (transferee, 3rd party / client, internal team and external vendors)Liaise directly with the transferee, 3rd party / client, internal stakeholders and suppliers (ie couriers, immigration departments, external law firms etc) to deliver seamless relocation services
- Be accountable for the transferee’s file, knowing at all times the status of each service, and remaining within the defined client scope of work until services are completed.Keep the transferee and 3rd party / client informed and updated of every new development.
- Provide clients with updates on any employment passes / work permits / residence permits that will expire within 3-4 monthsReply to any communication from the transferee, 3rd party, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related degree
- Experience with Visa Processing
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
