- Orientation of assignees/expats
- Assist in assignee’s School Search
- Assist in assignee’s Home Search
- Lease Coordination / Renewal
- Temporary Accomodation
- Settling-In Assistance
- Ad hoc Disbursements
- Arrange for document pickups and deliveries with the messenger
- Departure Services
- Draft the Notice of Pre Termination / Termination and coordinate with the landlord/representative regarding this. This includes ensuring that the security deposit is retrieved.
- Draft the termination letter for utilities and manage the process through to completion
- Coordinate the inspection and move out service with the TS, Realtors or Landlord, and remind them when these are.
- Airport Pick-Up
- Coordinate and schedule with the car providers
- When required, ensure that there is an ATM Representative to pick them up.
- Car Leasing
- Coordinate with the car providers
- Ensure that Transferee’s car requirements are met i.e. car seat for their child.
- Reporting
- Silently participate in briefing calls then make thorough summaries of them which will be reviewed by the RC and then sent to the Transferee.
- Follow up and ensure that reports are received from the TS and submitted to RCs.
- On a quarterly basis, update the database of requirements for schools, bank accounts, licenses etc.
- On a quarterly basis, update the Manila Market Cost Data.
- Financial Responsibilities
- Create the invoices (collect forms and receipts from FCs) for check payments processing
- Complete the Wufoo form using data from the FC and SOAs
- Draft the bill/invoice for closing an account which the RC will review.
- External Relations
- Coordinate with Utilities for installation, termination, etc.
- Coordinate with the Car service providers whenever needed
- Coordinate with Landlords/representatives to manage the move in or out process and well as negotiations.
- Coordinate with the Schools to schedule tours, manage the application process through to the departure.
- Communicate with other 3rd parties as needed.
- Respond to emails during business hours within 4 business hours of receipt

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in real estate and communication with expats an advantage but not a requirement
