- Determine the completeness of documents submitted by applicants prior to the credit evaluation.
- Request for credit investigation related to loan application.
- Analyze the following:
- Financial statements and other similar documents submitted by loan applicants to determine the capacity to pay of the borrowers.
- Credit investigation report that will support the information declared by applicants in the loan application form.
- Appraisal reports provided by the Credit Investigation and Appraisal Department to determine the marketability and acceptability of the property/ies offered as collateral(s).
- Conduct applicant interview and phone verifications necessary for the evaluation.
- Coordinate with Account Officers and/or applicant to clarify details provided by applicants in the application forms.
- Prepare credit evaluation proposals based on the financial capacity, marketability, and acceptability of the properties offered as collateral.
- Recommend approval or rejection of the loan applications based on the Bank’s credit standard.
- Determine the lacking documents that the applicants need to submit prior to the booking of the loan.
- Prepare reconsideration memo or proposal for changes requested by the applicants and or Account Officers prior to booking of the loan.
- Assist and supervise Credit Associates in the credit evaluation and proposal preparation.
- Present credit evaluation proposals to approvers as needed.
- Monitor and maintain an acceptable turn-around time based on the standard set by the department.
- Monitor attendance of Credit Associates being supervised.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in any of the following:
- Finance.
- Accountancy.
- Banking.
- Business Studies.
- Business Administration.
- Business Management.
- Commerce or equivalent.
- Preferably with work experience as a Supervisor or at least 5 years experience, specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
- Willing to work in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
