- Responsible for delinquent clients’ request, queries, and complaints that are needed to be given consideration in order to maintain goodwill of the bank;
- Resolves the account in a timely manner and prevents further deterioration;
- Negotiates and performs collection efforts on accounts assigned: (Secured and Unsecured Loans)
- Prepares Demand / Collection Letters for Past Due accounts
- Prepares Statement of Account and Payment Analysis
- Personally visits clients for payment arrangements
- Recommend past due accounts for appropriate legal actions
- Monitors account closely to achieve targets set by the bank
- Suggests restructuring / re-packaging of account to revert it to current / paying status.
- Analyzes the financial capacity of the client and bank’s other recourse for secured loans.
- Extends a fine balance between the bank’s interest and the client’s continuing patronage and willingness to settle the obligation in order to keep the existing relationship mutually beneficial (Remedial)
- Implement effective collection strategies in coordination with other support unit in accordance with the strategies of group/department mandate.
- Conforms to the internal and external bank policies and procedures.
- Supports Management decisions, requirements and expectations

- With Basic Knowledge in Credit Processing and Appraisal;
- With knowledge in Foreclosure process and other legal actions related to collections.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;

TRBI remained competitive throughout the years by making the economic welfare and upliftment of the common-tao a top and foremost concern of the company. Thus, making TRBI the most preferred rural bank in four (4) areas specifically in Batangas, Laguna, Cavite and Quezon. Besides making success in the banking industry for the past 60 years, TRBI had been recognized as the “Rural Bank of the Year” in three instances. Rural Bank Administration, BSP and the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines awarded the said recognition in 1959, 1984 and 1985.
TRBI is very open to technological innovations. As a matter of fact, it was TRBI that first introduced ATM to the province of Tiaong, Quezon. It was the bank that offered the first checking account in the locality. TRBI is one of the highly computerized rural banks in CALABARZON. Today, all its branches are online thus we are able to provide service to clients from various branches in the network. Furthermore, with the branches now online, various services are in the works including among other the issuance of the bank’s own ATM cards, mobile banking and the creation of the bank’s own web site. In the future, the bank expects a continued growth, expanding to at least 16 branches in the next five years.
