- In charge of the Bar- stock, inventory, ordering.
- Take beverage orders from Dining Staff and guests
- Mix and serve drinks and cocktails.
- Clean bar, work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
- Plan, organize, and control the operations of bar.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Male
- At least one (1) year work related experience in F&B / restaurant service or equivalent; or Fresh Graduate with knowledge in Bartending.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of inventory reporting.
- Adaptable to work in a multi-tasking environment.
- Flexible and willing to work on rotating shift.
- Branch to be assigned: Cable Car Ortigas or Cable Car BGC.
