Social media content and community management tasks, including but not limited to:
Developing effective content buckets, content calendar, and content plan for each social media platform (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc) as needed.
Developing or helping develop a social media playbook for client brand being handled.
Publishing of planned social media content.
Responding to user inquiries on the account based on Frequently Asked Questions list.
Escalating inquiries that are not on the FAQs to the proper personnel on client side.
Escalating important issues or conversations on the social media accounts to relevant personnel on client side.
- Constant monitoring of the performance of the social media accounts based on established metrics, using available tools (Facebook Insights, etc), and using said performance data to optimize future content.
- Work closely with the Digital Account Manager to understand brand requirements for social media content and community management.
- Understand well the characteristics of the client brand, including but not limited to the brand DNA, brand personality, brand voice, and the like.
- Understand well the characteristics of the target market to be able to produce effective content that matches the same and the objectives of the client brand.
- When necessary, undergo brand immerson, and/or work with client brand team for better understanding of brand.
- Monitor pre-defined metrics for social community management and ensure that all social media accounts of the company are performing effectively based on such metrics.
- Regularly review analytics of the digital platforms (e.g. Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) and generate insights and corresponding strategies to produce more effective content.
- As needed, coordinate with third party social media content vendors to ensure that all social media accounts of the company are performing effectively based on such metrics.

- As needed, coordinate with third party social media content vendors to ensure that content coming from the same are of proper quality and are in accordance to requirements of the brand.
- Follow legal policies and best practices for promoting the client brands through social media
- Work with brands, and sometimes with external agencies, to develop and implement content unique to each brand and their social media objectives, such as increasing engagement and community effectiveness.
- Contribute to the implementation of any new functionality or enhancements to social networks and assure consistent brand presence and reputation.
- Assist in analyzing the performance of social marketing programs by reviewing campaign results, and gathers insights from those results to optimize interactions with consumers.
- Assist in social media pay-per-click (PPC) ad management.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency - monitor, prioritize, and respond in near real-time
- Think creatively and strategically in all social media promotions.
- Follow the latest social marketing developments, monitor competetive landscape and consumer behaviors in order to understand current and future trends.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as deemed necessary by immediate superior.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a job related field such as Marketing or Advertising.
- Must have hands on experience of at least 2 years in community management of social media pages and accounts of client brands and companies, preferrably in a wide variety of verticals such as fashion, lifestyle, food chain, outdoor sports category, etc.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
