Business Development Officer  

We are looking for a professional Business Development Officer who would market iStaff services.

• Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new prospect clients.
• Facilitate the growth of the business for which he or she works.
• Working primarily with the sales and marketing departments, this experienced professional develops training plans to educate and motivate employees of a company to perform at their most profitable level.
• Handles service inquiries and convert them into service contracts;
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time by Business Development Officer;

Responsibilities

• Writing proposals and specifications
• Competitive analysis
• Contract review with potential new clients
• Collaboration with the marketing department
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature
• Writing reports
• Providing management with feedback
• Developing an effective understanding of our products and services
• Researching and analyzing industries in order to identify new business opportunities
• Making sales calls
• Consulting with the Sales Manager to follow up with customers and identify new qualified leads
• Working knowledge of our contact database, invoicing system, and project management software
• Becoming familiar with pricing models
• Communicating with project managers to examine job details, project goals, to meet and exceed client expectations
• Preparing estimates in a timely manner
• Identifying and resolving client concerns
• Attending industry conferences to network, acquire industry education, build new leads and sustain current client relationships
• Attending client meetings and presentations

• Graduated with a Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce or related course
• Good business sense and deep understanding of marketing principles.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• A positive attitude and plenty of initiative
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• High energy and entrepreneurial spirit
