Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Process documents (e.g bonds, contract, project requirements, billing etc.)
- Make completion report for every project
- Coordinate with Logistics, Sales Engineers, Project Management Team regarding the delivery
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Perform other tasks that may be assign from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Atleast 1-3 years working experience in the related field is required for the position

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
