A Customer Experience Lead will be responsible for:
- Leading the Digital Issuance and other Online Solutions project implementation (new features and enhancement)
- Product innovation, implementation of new features, enhancements and product initiative onboarding
- Defining product recalibration, prioritization and approval of requirements. Review, analyze and evaluate business product and customer needs.
- Managing Online Solutions Product Life Cycle; (Plan, Ideate, Assess, Roadmap & Prioritization, Story Map, UI/UX & Customer Journey) Builds, Test & Deployment, Adjust & Repair
- Collaborating with Product Teams for Digital Issuance Solution Requirements
- Documenting Product Solutions Requirement and formulate the Data flow diagram, Front end and Back end work flow
- Communicating potential issues, escalating risks early, and collaborating with the immediate superior to reach a viable solution
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Busines Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant courses
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital product management
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Has experience in stakeholder management and client relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be dynamic, energetic, proactive and open-minded
