Dash10 Managed Services is looking for enthusiastic, talented, and self-driven individuals to join our team as an Advisor Associate. The purpose of your role is to support the adviser in mortgage space.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with mortgage calculations and assessments
• Liaising back and forth with banks
• Loading data into the CRM
• Managing clients from lead to purchasing a property
• Building client relationships through from obtaining a mortgage to settlement
• Booking client meetings for advisers
• Preparing documentation
• Client file management
• Perform AML checks
