Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Design and implement company policies & HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing the end-to-end Talent Management program (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Deployment, and Talent Retention)
- Work with the leadership team to understand and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies based on needs of different business units.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor learning & development programs
- Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates
- Ensure organization OKRs are aligned to team and individual goal
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of the Performance Management System, coordinating the job descriptions of each function and employee
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/Business Administration or equivalent from reputable university
- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, organization development, or remuneration in an IT Service company as a Senior HR or HR Manager
- A proven experience in creating program and strategies in talent and people development
- Track record in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives would be advantageous
- Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different role
- Have a strong HR analytical thinking
- Able to multitask and work under deadlines
- Strong problem solving and verbal & written communication skills
- Able to work as a team both internally and cross-functionally
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
