Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress for overall team member
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits plans
- Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ needs and act as HRBP
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor learning & development programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/Business Administration or equivalent from reputable university
- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, organization development, or remuneration in an IT Service company as a Senior HR or HR Manager
- Excellent Leadership skills & handling subordinates
- Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills
- Have a strong HR analytical thinking and communication skills
- Able to work as a team both internally and cross functionally
