Assistant Manager- Training and Recruitment  

Recruitment

• Conducts end-to-end process of recruitment;
• Coordinates with the manpower agencies and department heads for manpower requirements;
• Ensure that vacancies are filled on given lead time;
• Provides recruitment reports as needed from time to time

Training

• Design, facilitate and assess appropriate training program for professional development;
• Review and revise, if necessary, the existing training modules of the company
• Monitor talent development and training needs of employees;
• Ensure that policies and procedures stipulated in the QMS is followed;
• Generates report on training interventions and create recommendations as required

• With a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field of study;
• WIth at least one year of intensive end-to-end recruitment process;
• Three years of experience for the role of training is required;
• Can able to deal with the employees in all levels in the organization;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• With effective decision-making skills;
• Can manage and motivate the work team
