Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Oversee training operations for a UK telecommunications account. He/She will handle a team split into two sites (Pasig/Edsa) and drive their performance.
- Ensure that the program is well supported from a training standpoint as it expands in headcount this year.
- Work with clients in reviewing and enhancing training modules to make sure it yields performing frontliners ready for operations.
- Stakeholder management is also an essential part of this role. Internally, the TD will work leaders of support and operations departments to achieve business goals. Externally, the TD has to manage the client relationship and meet SLA targets as set with them.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 3+ years in a senior training manager role or 1 year in a training director role in the BPO industry
- With telco account experience
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent stakeholder skills
- Must have handled a program with headcount of at least 500 ftes
- Must be open to working and traveling between the client's EDSA and Pasig site
