Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Receives approved Job Orders for production from the shift in-charge then processes efficiently using the right machinery, equipment and tools.
- Ensures that raw materials are used according to the specified formulation.
- Observes every product output to monitor quality parameters avoiding unnecessary wastage or reprocessing cost. Any exception should be reported to shift in-charge and QA Engineer.
- Handles finished products accordingly to prevent damage and rejects by using the right technique, tools and equipment.
- Piles the finished products safely in its designated area in coordination with warehouseman and logistics supervisor.
- Observes safety procedures by wearing the prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) and encouraging others to do so. Reports any observed non-compliance to the Plant Safety Officer.
- As part of safety his consciousness, identifies hazards in the work place and reports it to the Plant Safety Officer for evaluation and elimination.
- Maintains the work place clean.
- Performs other duties as operations may require.

- Preferably, Male;
- Physically fit and capable of doing manual jobs;
- A graduate of vocational course or experienced in the same capacity;
- Diligent, hard-working, and team-player;
- Willing to work on extended shifts; and,
- With high degree of integrity and honesty
