Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Preparation and execution of preventive maintenance plan broken down on an annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly activities.
- Executes the preventive maintenance plan and in the process identifies critical parts needing spares in inventory.
- Reviews and analyzes machine breakdowns and conducts root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of such breakdowns.
- Discusses and coordinates with production supervisor status of machineries and equipment as well as the scheduled maintenance works.
- Updates management of maintenance and repair activities by submitting periodic reports.
- Orients production personnel on the proper operation and simple maintenance such as lubrication, cleaning, etc. of machineries and equipment.
- Provides training to maintenance personnel to ensure knowledge and skills level meet the requirement of their respective roles.
- Conducts periodic performance appraisal of employees as basis for development programs and other management use.
- Develops and implements employee productivity and effectiveness programs such as one-on-one coaching and trainings. This is also to prepare personnel for bigger responsibilities.
- Ensures compliance to plant safety policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance to company policies, rules & regulations at all levels within his jurisdiction.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned or required by the superiors from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent preferably licensed;
- 5 years experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, 2 years of which in supervisory capacity;
- Well-organized, diligent and keen on details;
- Proficient in MS Office Applications; and,
- With high degree of honesty and integrity
