Recruitment Specialist  

We are looking for a recruiter with a knack for finding the best and brightest professionals. We are looking for an energetic and innovative hire who will be part of our company.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a network of candidate talent pools by utilizing online job boards and other online sourcing channels.
• Review and vet applicant test task submissions, as well as conduct preliminary interview
• Examine the job description and job criteria offered by our client partner to determine applicant prerequisites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by questioning and assessing the applicant's responses; checking references; and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Contact candidates to ensure they attend client interviews
• Facilitate calls during client interviews and ensure that clients provide timely feedback

System Requirements

• At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
• A webcam
• Noise-canceling USB Headset
• Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
• Smartphone

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in Recruiting
• Experience in Healthcare and/or Technical recruiting is a plus
• Impeccable English skills
• Knowledge of remote communication and technology systems
• Must be energetic, extremely organized, and DEPENDABLE. If you're looking for a short-term role, this job isn't for you
