CrewBloom is searching for a high-energy Director of Business Development who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. To succeed in this role, you should be an adaptable, active listener with a compelling sales personality. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to drive business growth and revenue through outbound sales activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and roll out initiatives to tap new channels of business
  • Set goals for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals
  • Prepare financial reports and revenue projections
  • Build and maintain worthwhile relationships through networking, meetings, and creating a solid social media presence
  • Train new sales team members to execute end-to-end outbound sales activities
  • Outline KPI tracking via HubSpot dashboarding

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Solid experience in B2B sales and leading sales teams at funded or bootstrapped startups
  • Proven track record of building profitable relationships with potential clients and partners through social selling and networking
  • Demonstrated experience in building sales pipelines and creating effective sales workflow
  • Strong communication skills and tech fluency
  • Ability to manage complex projects and generate critical business reports
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Must be technically proficient in using basic sales tools, like sales CRMs, VOIPs, and Google Workspace
  • Extra points for applicants with Hubspot experience

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
  • A webcam
  • Noise-canceling USB Headset
  • Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
  • Smartphone
